Other games on our PS4 (including Garden Warfare 2) don't seem to have this problem.
I connected the soundbar to the tv with arc-compatible hdmi cable from the hdmi (arc) port to the tvs hdmi (arc) port. I also have Sky Q UHD installed and plugged into the tv via HDMI. Check the HDMI ports: Take a look at the HDMI port on both your TV and your PS4, along with your HDMI cable, for any blaring abnormalities or damages. If you have an ASUS machine and a Realtek driver, then the issue is not the driver. If there is no problem playing back other types of audio, then the problem is network related. Make sure to unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Click on "Browse my computer for driver software". It works great except one thing that really bothers me. 
Set Speakers to TV Speakers in the Sound settings.
The only thing I can think to say is that if you're having issues with the audio not working, crackling, etc. I've tried reinstalling both programs, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, messing with my audio settings, replacing my HDMI's, using a different USB3. In rare cases, the sound hardware of the computer is the culprit.
The PS4 HDMI port connects the console to your television and transmits the sound and picture through. Hi I know this question might have nothing to do with EA games but does anyone know how to fix a crackling sound? Because everytime when I play games on my ps4 there is always an audio crack?
